On the property owned by our company in Kumlu district of Hatay province, there is a Rest Facility and Fuel Station Project.
An agreement has been signed for a 7-star hotel project worth 40 million dollars with Dubai Cristal Holding in Kumlu district of Hatay Province. It will serve with 100 rooms and 300 beds on an area of 6500 square meters. The hotel is planned to be completed and opened in 2026.
The Thermal Hotel belonging to Bayındırhan company, located in Kumlu district of Hatay province and leased by our company from Kumlu Municipality, has started comprehensive restoration works again. It is established on an area of 17,000 square meters. It is planned to be completed with 200 rooms and 400 beds and serve in 2026.
The thermal water used by both hotels has drinking and spa qualities and will be opened for use in 2026.
Both hotels are 30 km from Hatay Airport, 40 km from Antakya, 15 km from Reyhanlı, and 9 km from Kumlu. The thermal waters used contribute to health tourism in the region, sourced from a spring that has been flowing for about 2000 years. The hotel adopts a health hotel concept by offering personalized hammam, Turkish bath, pool, and spa facilities. Also, local breakfasts and dishes of Hatay are offered to guests.
